Shipping policy

Order processing times: Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day. Orders will be processed after Weekends and Holidays.

 
Domestic and international shipping options: International Shipping is not available, our Company only Ships Domestically at the moment. Shipping is only contracted with USPS.

Shipping costs: Rogue Citizen Clothing Company offers Free Shipping with all orders.

Returns, changes, and cancellations: Please review return policy, return window is 14 days after receiving purchase, Customer must pay for return shipping costs. Changes can only be made on products that have not been processed. Customer must email company at roguecitizencollections@gmail.com before the company has processed the order to make a change. Cancellations must be requested by email before the order is processed and is not guaranteed if product has already been completed by the company.

Order tracking details: As soon as production on product is completed, company will purchase shipping label and will provide shipping tracking number to customer. Once Shipping company has the sold product the company is not liable for lost or stolen goods.
